Short-term rentals in Korea: prepare a 33m² search
33m² is a Korean short-term rental platform. Its official guide describes rentals by the week, starting from one week. For a stay of several weeks, first decide your dates, budget and preferred area, then compare current rooms on the official service. IMO can help organize your questions; availability, rental approval, contracts and payment are handled by 33m² and the host.

Step by step
- Write your intended arrival date, length of stay and budget. Check rent, deposit, management fees and other listed costs separately.
- Choose a Korean city or area from your daily needs: school or work, public transport, food, cafés or places you want to visit.
- Open the official 33m² room search below and enter your dates and area there. Check each room's description, conditions and current availability.
- Confirm eligibility and any identity checks on the official service. Review the host's terms and the official approval and payment process before agreeing.
Start with how you want to live
You may know Seoul and your interests without knowing Korean administrative districts. Tell IMO, for example: “I plan to stay in Seoul for five weeks. I want an easy commute, cafés nearby and a quiet place to sleep.” Add your own dates, budget and priorities. An area suggestion helps you compare locations; it is not a room offer or a guarantee of availability.
Foreign visitors can check the official entry path
33m²'s official overseas-user guidance says foreign and overseas users can use the service, with passport verification when Korean mobile verification is difficult. Its current payment guide describes overseas-card payment. Follow the official instructions for your circumstances; passport details and payment information belong in the provider's own process, not in an IMO chat.
A rental has its own conditions
The official guide distinguishes a weekly short-term lease from a hotel stay. Check the actual room, included furnishings, cleaning arrangements, move-in and move-out times, fees and cancellation conditions with the host and official service. A guide or illustration cannot confirm a room's condition or suitability.
Your next stay is your choice
If you later want to extend your stay or move to another city, compare the official room search again using the new dates and location. This guide is an independent IMO explanation with official links. It does not establish an approved partnership, automatically book a room or transfer a contract to IMO.
